Slender: The Arrival

Slender: The Arrival is a 2013 survival horror game developed by Blue Isle Studios and Parsec Productions. It is based on the Slender Man, a creepypasta character created by Eric Knudsen, and is a sequel to Parsec Productions's Slender: The Eight Pages (2012). The game revolves around a young woman who ventures into the woods to investigate the disappearance of her childhood best friend.
